Anyway, I promised to post here a picture of myself with long hair, if and when my bluddy Rob would post a picture of his recent, partly self-administered and self-maintained, crew cut.

And, believe it or not, I indeed have even been younger than that.
I guess I’ll have to look for more intermediate pictures to fill the ‘gaps in this fossil record’…
You look like the boy next door. No really, long hair is back and I swear the boy in the next building over from where I live looks just* like this…
@Deannie .. interesting! When I was young (15-20 y/o) I knew that there had to be a look-alike of me in my home town, since many times I have been ‘spotted’ by friends and relatives at places where I, in fact, not had been during the time reported.
To learn that there are STILL ‘doppelgängers’ of me, even in the US, is remarkable. Especially when they, unlike me, don’t seem to grow up!
Oh, and btw, you can’t tell from this B&W picture, but beard and moustache were RED!

I keep asking myself, “Why the hell do you still live in Maine, for pete’s sake!?” I’ve kept an ear out for a reply but I think all the snow has muffled the reply!
And yes, I think you did look like that when we first met… when was it? Late 1997/begin1998!? Paul! We’ve known each other for 10 years! Christ, I’m old!
