Hey, I can’t read it, and worse, I can’t click it!
Discrimination against worshippers of the horny invisible phoenix!
Incase you are wondering, we are forbidden by village custom (and internet usage caps) from browsing with images on. Might just corrupt your mind, y’know…
Yuvi … There ARE no pictures. Not even of some invisible deity.
Okay, so, there are no pictures, no links, nothing?
So, you got some spam which was, well, nothing?
Well, there’s NOT nothing! There’s something! You responded to it!
Okay, to close this thread, here’s what went on: I thought you posted an image, with a link to a bigger version or something, and since I was browsing with images off, I thought I couldn’t see the image so might click through and have a look. So, I tried to click, it did click, but nothing went through, because it was not a link, which made me think you had forgotten, though I had forgotten you do not believe in the invisible horny phoenix, and so I commented off.
Clear? 😛
Yuvi… VERY clear.
To explain the post: If people complain that there’s nothing to click, I would explain that that’s because they’re not the targeted audience! Only people who “Can’t read this” should click the link. If you CAN see it, that message simply isn’t for you. Leave it alone. Of course, if you can’t read it, you wouldn’t know that you should click something.
It’s just very stupid! And this was actually a spam email I received (and it DID have a link, but, despite the fact that I apparently didn’t see something, I did NOT click that link. Well.. maybe it was a clever psychological trick to get me to click something… didn’t work though…)
Oh good grief! *smacks Doc on the head** ENOUGH already!
