While we clearly have different opinions on your lucid, insightful and deeply philosophical comment, I wouldn’t mind learning what is was that made you reach this conclusion.

A LIVE TAPING?

As opposed to a taped taping?

*shakes head*

Upon my return I found a card in my mailbox from the post office, saying that they were holding my email at the post office.
They probably don’t care if it piles up for a year. Why would they alarm anyone? Typical “not my job” situation.

I think blind people use TV in pretty much the same way I do – background noise. It’s on, but I am not watching it (and normally not even listening).

They didn’t tell waht station he was watching – it could have been an all news or all-music (what MTV was a decade ago!) channel.

And I pay all my bills automagically via direct draw from my checking account – they would keep my services on until the money ran out.

The *really* weird thing here in my opinion is the mail – how can one little mail box hold a years supply of mail? SOMEONE was taking the mail out of the box. Even without getting any bills via mail I get enough junk to fill my mailbox in a month.

And yeah – dying in your sleep would be the best way. Of course that is probably reserved for the pure of heart. I think fate has something more interesting in store for people like us 🙂

Rob
