Ya gotta love Ellen Greve’s math! They surveyed people around the globe and asked them why they did this program. 83% did it because it felt right, 72% did it to experience their god, 19% did it for their health, 12% did it for dietary reasons, and 5% did it out of curiosity! Slightly more than 100%, I would say!

I wonder if I am secretly part Breatharian because I too have been spotted leaving 7-11 with hotdogs and barbecue potato chips … and I TOTALLY blame the junk food society for my bad streaks.

Paul – somehow I wish all of your NCoTW’s would subscribe to this no eating, no sleeping lifestyle. That would thin them out rather rapidly.

@Suze: that’s an excellent idea. But for this year I don’t have enough NCOTW’s, I think. But I will definitely do it next year. Making it a poll: I myself can’t choose: to me they’re all pretty close in nuttyness. Although… this one would sure have been a candidate!
